Neighborhood
This superb home is located in Yallingup Siding, Western Australia, Australia. The neighbourhood and region is amazing! The location of the property is fantastic - you are surrounded by nature, yet jump in your car and it's 15 minutes to Dunsborough town with retail shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, Saturday fortnightly markets, beautiful calm beaches in the bay. In another direction, a 10 minute drive will bring you to Yallingup Beach and Caves House Gardens. A 20 minute drive gets you to Busselton and Geographe Bay or 25 minutes to the town of Margaret River. It's hard not to run into some of the regions many wineries and galleries on the way. You'll find recommendations and more details on these in our Guest Manual in the house, as well as, Chelsea’s online guidebook accessed through this booking in your Airbnb account. The beaches are spectacular - our favourites are Smiths Beach, Yallingup, Injinup and of course Meelup Beach in Meelup Regional Park. There are many surf beaches nearby, and in Margaret River where world famous surf competitions are held. If you have not visited the south west of WA you will see that it is Australia's best kept secret and one of the most scenic places you'll visit.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property on the house side of the dam, except there is strictly no access to the dam. There are also a few locked areas of the storage shed and the office. Guests are asked to keep away from the pool filter shed where pumps and other equipment is stored. Tampering with this equipment can affect the pool water quality for your stay, plus the guests after you.

You must have your own car! Most people are driving from Perth and, if you're out of town, you would most likely hire your car from Perth. There is a taxi company in Dunsborough and a selection of tour bus companies who conduct self guided or guided tours of the region. This is a great way to visit the wineries. There are bike paths and bike hire along Dunsborough foreshore, as well as, paddle board hire to explore the clear, calm waters of the bay at your own leisure.
